One of my favorite gym in erode. I joined so meny gyms but this gym is my favorite because of the masters coaching and the environment no rolls gym enjoy and fun with my gys every day.

Extrodinary training well development in fitness growth in my body. Well equiped and environment also clean and neat. Am sure you can join this gym for ur fitness growth 100% result.

Such a friendly gym and a very safe gym for ladies. The trainer Tamil id very understanding and explains every work out and answers all tour questions. I am telling this out of my personal experience. I have lost 6kg in 3 months it's a steady weightloss process with regular training which includes cardio, upperbody, weights and legs. I never knew I could do dead lift. This is only possible because of Tamil and his continous support. Do not get carried away with few wrong comments about this place. You will know you are in the right place when u join here.

This is the best gym I have seen in Erode. The trainers are very much experienced and supportive. Your time will be worthy spending here. And to say about the gym fees it is a very reasonable price. Body building programme is also at its best!
