I usually like the gym environment and facilities here, but I had a slightly uncomfortable experience recently. My friend came to enroll for the 13-month plan and was quoted 12,000. I mentioned that my sister had joined the same gym for 11,000 not long ago. When I asked about the price difference, the receptionist first said my sister received a "donation" because of her health issues, which felt odd. When I questioned it, she changed her wording to "we were just helping." This inconsistency in communication was confusing and unprofessional. While they eventually adjusted the price to 11,500 with 14 extra days, the way it was handled made the experience uncomfortable. I'm not expecting special treatment, just clarity and fairness in pricing. Transparency builds trust and I hope the management takes this feedback constructively. Also, I kindly suggest that the receptionist, Ms. Damayanthi, be encouraged to communicate more clearly in English. If that's challenging, it would be perfectly fine and more effective to speak in Tamil, especially since we are in Tamil Nadu.

Been coming to Slam since 2024 start and it has been a great journey and gives me Pleasant mind Sathya has been a great encouragement and supportive everyday with curated exercise that suits me and my strength. Thank you so much for the constant support

I very much satisfied with trainer abhishek for getting workout steps and fitness advice. It helps to reduce 2.5 kg in one month. He take care very well and concerning friendly. Always gives advice to reduce weights. Other trainer also support me in the gym.

visiting erode from new york and i came here to workout several times - the staff is wonderful, extensive equipment and overall just really positive and welcoming vibes here. mani is an excellent trainer who really brightens the environment and knows a ton about bodybuilding. if you're in the area and need a good session definitely drop by!!

Slam is neatly maintained and well trained trainers gym. Trainer Thulasi is well trained coach and friendly behaviour and very motivating for weight loss and all other activities.
