Joining here was one of the great decision I have made! Though, entering a new gym can be intimidating, but the atmosphere here is very positive. Everyone is friendly and trainers offer advice and encouragement. It feels like a welcoming place. The group classes are enjoyable. The instructor here make sure to have regular inputs about our body and weight and plan the weeks workout accordingly. No other gym had been this friendly and supportive, especially the staff who are always approachable and ready to help. Their expertise in guiding workouts and providing personalized attention truly makes a difference in achieving fitness goals. I started at this gym in April and lost a lot of weight. The trainers are awesome, they gave me solid diet tips and workouts that really worked. They guide you so well, but it's up to you to put in the effort. I didn't use any supplements, followed their advise and diet plan and I am happy with the results
