Erode Fitness Studio is one of the best gym training workout studio. Mr Vijay is a remarkable gym trainer. Highly monitor the client's strength and give the proper suitable exercise to reduce the fat. Trainer has good experience in training and gives diet plan ideas. Myself, I reduced nearly 4 Kg weight and 11 kg of fat loss in three weeks. In addition, I decreased 14.5 inches in whole body and gained muscle. Admiringly recommend this gym to people interested in reducing their fat, gaining muscles, and looking fit physically.

I have joined ERODE FITNESS STUDIO a month ago. After 18 days of my training i had 6.5kg of fatloss. I am very satisfied and happy about my training. Vijay Bro is very supportive and a good trainer. A very positive review for the best personal trainer i could ask for. Decided to get the help of Mr Vijay to get healthy and achieve my fitness goals. Since working out with him I have lost 6.5kg of fat and gained 5kg of muscle in a matter of 29days (that is the progress with me being inconsistent to the gym). There is a sense of achievement whe you see the progress in yourself. I started my fitness training on December 1st in EFS and I lost 12 kg fat Till now. It was a good experience and well experienced trainer. For women's this will be the right place for weight loss

EFS is the first gym in my life and it is the best one too. I came here for after delivery tummy reduction( dialysis recti). Initially I was very weak and couldn't able to do any exercise. Slowly I was gaining strength from lifting 1 kg to 10 kg now. Vijay is the trainer here and he is such a well knowledgeable person about in fitness industry. He gives exercise depends upon our body type and strength. He is friendly and polite person. I have lost 14.5 inches totally and 15 kg fat loss and 4 kg weight loss and gained 10kg of muscle. I strongly recommend this gym if u really care about your body
