I joined new for gym it's good to know how to start workout in daily basis as beginner here well advanced trainer is help to how to workout each and equipment they trained well for beginners. Atmosphere very good and peaceful mind and calm to relax and growth your body as per trainer advice.....

With advanced equipments and knowledgeable trainers, Dars Fit is an amazing place to begin/continue your fitness journey. The GM Naveen, trainers and the team are friendly and professional in their approach towards clients. The equipments and the place are very well maintained. I joined Darsfit post my ligament injury, playing tennis. Soundar took proper care to understand my condition and suggested appropriate diet & training methods to improve my strength, conditioning and my endurance on the tennis court. Would recommend both DARSFIT and Soundar for those who are considering to embark on their fitness journey.

Zumba makes me happy .it's great for weight loss and tone our body too.so everyone utilize zumba and reduce ur stress and boost ur heart health . Zumba master sudhir is a good motivator. Then it improves overall flexibility and enhance calorie burn
