5 Stars - Highly Recommended! I've been training at this gym for the past duration of time , and I couldn't be more impressed. The gym is always clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere that keeps me motivated. Special thanks to the coach there, who is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and truly passionate about helping members reach their goals. They take the time to tailor workouts to individual needs, and their encouragement pushes you to do your best every session. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, this is a fantastic place to train.

The place is small , equipment are not much but understandable due to the small place. The instructor is a great guy love how we chat about the gym. But I'm sorry to say I domt still recommend going to the place due to price and equipment availability.

The instructor is very friendly and easy to approach, he's a professional instructor and he knows what he's doing, the equipments are great, the people are friendly. Greatly recommend if having a good physique is one of the things you have to achieve in life.

Excellent Gym with state of the Art Equipments and thoroughly trained Instructor. The Gym has the most beautiful view of Shillong and superb Ambiance.

Love the experience here... Its the first gym in the area equiped and guided with proper and professional sessions.. The view of the city from the gym is also relaxing during treadmill strolls ...
