Synergy Fitness Gym

I've been working out at this gym for more than 2 months , and *I have to say the trainers are excellent -- knowledgeable, supportive, and really help you stay motivated and push your limits.* However, the *cleanliness* of the facility and *maintenance* of the equipment are major concerns. Some machines are either broken or not functioning properly, and the gym is often not as clean as it should be, especially in the workout areas & the washroom. There is no shower area It's disappointing because the potential is there -- great staff, good space -- but the lack of attention to hygiene and equipment upkeep really takes away from the overall experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and invests in improving the cleanliness and maintaining the machines. It would make a huge difference.

I've been a member here for about three months now, and overall I really enjoy the gym. The atmosphere and staff are great, but I wanted to share some honest feedback. A few of the machines have been out of order for a while and could use some repairs. Also, the cable crossover machine is always packed--I haven't even had a chance to use it since joining because it's constantly crowded. It would be amazing if the gym could add another cable crossover machine upstairs to help with the demand. I think this would make a huge difference for many members and improve the overall workout experience.

The equipments are of high quality standards and its well maintained and clean The trainers ans staff are very friendly and polite The trainers are always at your reach when help is needed. For the beginners the chart is prepared as per the course by the trainers The gym has very positive friendly vibe Separate locker and seperate change rooms for men and women with attached toilet and shower facility. "SYNERGY" is a fantastic gym!! The instructors are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. Owner is very friendly, his teach excellent day by day body are improvement and all trainers also very hard work for train, here you can meet Dari and Emmi they are good reservationist, here are friendly all the members.....

I'm writing the review after almost 3 years of me going to the gym. When I first went to the gym, I was uncozy but slowly I became cozy with the gym and the people there. The trainors are well versed and also they are humorous I have to say!! The owner Sir Arwin, is one of the coolest person I met. The receptionist team are very understanding and again the trainors listens to you and takes time to make a routine and diet for you, as for me whatever they suggested has shown results and I felt better.

Great Gym with excellent staff and trainers good environment to workout highly recommended
