I've had an amazing experience at FLEXAPPEAL GYM - FAMILY FITNESS CENTRE. I have been in this place for over 2 years now, ever since it opened in Dhakheti Shillong. The environment is motivating, the facilities are well-maintained, and the energy here pushes you to give your best every session. A special thanks to my trainers; Khraw, Aniket and Anurag, they're not just instructors, but true guides who understand my goals and push me to grow stronger each day. Each trainer brings a unique style of coaching, and I've learned something valuable from all three of them. I have made a great friendship with them which makes the gym environment more homely for me. Even my past trainer laid down a solid foundation for me, and I'll always appreciate the effort and time invested in my fitness journey. If you're looking for a gym that combines discipline, encouragement, and a family-like atmosphere, this is the place to be. Truly grateful for the dedication and support from the whole team. during my bachelors time i joined this flex appeal gym and i have to say that this is the best gym in the town..... me personallly i am so connected to this gym as well as the trainers ...they are so good and you wont feel left alone any time....i cant forget how they supported me and its beeen 1 year i left the gym as am not from meghalaya but I surely want to visit this gym for the second time in my life...and this time i wont leave it

Not only does Flex Appeal provide great services but the equipments are of superior quality the surrounding is very pleasant and another plus point of this place is the cleanliness which is....i believe...every client's concern when they are training.... I started here last March and I must say it's the first Gym that makes me feel motivated to go every day . I love the crowd and the people who some of them have become good friends . I attended the zumba classes and it's the best ever and totally loved it and still continuing. The gym too have good equipments and have the best trainers and instructors ever . I would definitely put it on the recomeded list .

I'm thoroughly impressed with this gym! The equipment is top-notch, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is motivating and With power-pact zumba classes it's even more encouraging!

I have recently join this gym. I love this place it has the best trainers, the best equipment and the best people. The trainers are very friendly and very supportive. The owner is very kind and supportive. This is the best gym in shillong.The best place and i would recommended everyone to come here.
