Best gym in Shillong would recommend Trainers are helpful and really sweet

Great gym with sufficient equipment. Clean and well kept. The staff and trainers are helpful. The space is a bit small so the machine room may feel congested.

I have worked out in various gyms across cities in India. I couldn't be more honest when I say that this has to be my favourite gym. Needless to say, it's the vibes and the courteous behaviour of everyone involved that makes this place such a healthy ambience. Of course, the equipments and services are top notch and I cherish every moment I spend here. Keep up the good work, team!

Previous 5 star review Always thought the dedication to go the gym is all it matters and dosent matter if the gym dosent have a lot of instruments. And didn't see the importance of what i deemed as "fancy" gyms. I was clearly wrong, it ain't about being fancy but rather a life style. Gold's Gym has so many facilities and routines. Now I look forward to go to gym. I didn't release I was doing most things wrong until I went to this gym. I have never had a personal trainer, staff here are very helpful, they will come to your aid when you need. The sheer amount of variations and options it provides always retains novelty in the workout. I understand it's a Lil expensive. But see it as an investment for health and be regular. If u see at place for fast body building..I can't relate to that. But if you are certain you will go almost every day for rest of the year , then this is the right place. Edit : 3 star review After almost a year at Gold Gym, why I consider it not be feasible anymore to renew membership. Firstly, credit where credit is due. Cleanliness- Top notch Machine condition - Top notch. Trainers - Brilliant The people who come there, the whole culture there - very humbling Cons: - No more associated with cult fit, which gave good offers and helped me or many of my friends know the very existence of this gym. - Not only they lost association with cult fit, they failed to honor few commitments for people who joined through cult fit ( such as referral codes) - They raised the cost of gold gym membership All of the above were still reasonable. But bigger issues at hand for me. - they cost is raised, but other services have deteriorated ( more than 1 month since steam room is broken..not fixed) - I personally enjoyed introducing new people to gym by "trial offer for 48 hours", most of my friends joined and some of them aspired to since they found the environment welcoming. But that's gone..no more trails. Whoever higher up is clearly making bad decisions. Rather keeping prices competitive and enrolling a lot of people with offers and there will be attrition of people who use services who inspite of buying the subscription services. Its a win win situation. But currently they have gone the opposite direction, making it unwelcoming and more "exclusive". So, I clearly enjoyed my time in this gym. But it's kinda gone down the wrong rabbit hole.

The best Gym in Shillong by far. The only place where you get all the amenities of a full scale gym: Locker room, Shower, Sauna, Modern Equipment, Studio, Physiotherapist, Dietitian, juice bar etc. It is also the biggest Gym in Shillong (As far as I know). Well priced fees and staff are professional. Being this good, my only hope is that it doesn't get too crowded.

Friendly staff, top class equipments you don't have to worry about timings as you can come at any time of the day, valet services so you don't have to worry about parking! Amazing facilities such as sauna, showers, clean toilets, changing rooms etc. It also has a cross fit section ! Dance class for kids! Zumba , yoga classes and also kick boxing!

This is the best gym in Shillong!! The equipments, the infrastructure , everything is so nice about this gym! There are variety of equipments in this gym and it is also very very clean! I have been to other gyms in Shillong but this one is the best!!
