"I had the chance to be in Shillong for a few months, and during that time, I joined Fitness First -- and I have to say, I never expected to find such an incredible gym! The crowd was amazing, respectful, and made me feel safe and welcomed. It truly felt like time well spent.
All the trainers were fantastic, but Coach Kevin really stood out. He was always smiling, approachable, and ready to help, even though I hadn't signed up for personal training. His positive attitude and support made a big difference in my experience.
A big thank you to the entire team for creating such a great environment. In my opinion, this is the best gym in the entire Northeast. Hats off to the owners and everyone running the place -- you're doing an amazing job!"
