So, this gym is located near Beer sheba sr. sec . school Civil Lines, Haldwani, , which is perfect since its right around the centre. The timings are ideal for working professionals as you can hit the gym any time between 6 am to 10 am at morning and 4 Pm to 10 pm at evening . Plus, the instructors are a class apart. They've been in the industry for over many years and assist you with building the body you want absolutely well. Besides that, newbies get an individual trainer for themselves to help them use the varied range of equipment Gold's has. There is everything from the most common equipment to the most unique one as well; which stands out for me.Also the gym is extremely clean and well-maintained

This is a good gym. They have almost every equipment for exercises but the most important machine that is Smith machine, is not available. Treadmill and bicycle for cardio are also available. Dumbbell and weight plates are enough. Bars are also in enough quantity. But gym is a little bit congested. Parking space is available.

My first time experience in a gym and that too in Hercules Unisex Gym. Experienced coach and fully equipped gym, with great infrastructure. Must visit once.

It is fully equipped n well maintained gym with gud instructors (evening shift) who are dedicated towards deir work....AsuMm gymm....
