Probably the best gym in the city. The owner (vinod sir) is very friendly & knowledgeable and the staff(trainers)is very supportive and easy to talk to. It has 3 floors for different types of exercises. Overall,the gym is very good,clean,and has a positive environment for workout lovers...If u seriously want a positive change in ur personality,u should definitely check this out. Just try this gym once!!you will not regret it.This is the BEST gym in the town.

Truly the best gym of Haldwani city. It is so spacious with 3 floors specially designed for client need of Cardio, Zumba, Yoga, Cross fit session, Strength Training and Body sculpturing. I am visiting the gym from last 1 year and recommended to most of my friends and relative. Gym provides proper attention to clients and also supports with Diet chart, Training Schedule along with ample trainers. I would give 5 stars with highly recommended comments.

If I could have been given 0 , then would love to do, was there and trust me the guy who was so called trainer, he was busy in gossiping rather then helping a new one, the owner was good, however if you are new and joining focus so you are own your own. Do not join, I guess they only give preference who is there for PT, else they would not even correct you if you will go wrong.

Focus the fitness studio is by far the most professional gym located in haldwani. The management and professionalism shown by the trainers and the fitness regime conducted by the gym it of the optimal quality which you will find in haldwani. My own experience of shredding 15 kilograms in 4 months was only possible due to the experience and out of the box training conducted by Mr vinod Goswami sir. I personally recommend every individual irrespective of their fitness goal, to avail the services of the gym in order to give an stimulus to your desired goal.
