Fitness Mantra is my happy place! I absolutely love the Zumba sessions--they're the best part of my day. Being an all-female gym, it's a space where I feel completely free and comfortable. The trainers are super supportive and always guide you with care. Big thanks to Preeti di for creating such a positive and inspiring space for women in Haldwani. You truly motivate us all!

I have lost 4 kgs in mere 3 weeks. Fitness mantra is the best option for those who wish to be in comfort with their environment while working out. The trainers are soo motivating and kind. I am very glad that I chose fitness mantra to make me feel more comfortable in my skin.

I would to share my experience with Fitness mantra ( GYM ). I would like to start with thanking Mrs Preeti Rautela ( the owner ) who has been the great power and motivational source throughout my journey till now. It was never like this before that i took gym as a happy place and not a gloomy one. She supported me and guided me well that from 82 kg i lost 8 kg and now im 74kg and on going. I lost this weight within one and a half month, which is next to miracle for a homemaker mother like me. She made that place homely so that no one was a stranger to the other and there is always a positive vibe around the area. I conclude by thanking Mrs Preeti for all the love and respect and also her amazing trainers.

I would say the Fitness Mantra (FM) is the best place for all the girls and females out there who have no time and feel uncomfortable to join any other gym. everything is just so good trainer and the owner miss Preeti she is such an inspirational personlity I can feel the positive energy from the very first day I can see the changes in my life since the day I joined the FM gym. Its been 2 months working out with fitness mantra. And I loved the way, how all the trainers motivated me in this journey of weight loss( getting in perfect shape). The best part is that each one of the fitness coach focus on my every posture and keep their eye on me during entire session. Before joining online fitness class, I was very skeptical about the online method, but during my entire session I havent faced any issue. A big thumbs up to fitness mantra and their entire team.
