This is the best gym in the vicinity. Ive been to many gyms but the trainers here are certainly the best in the class . Specially my trainer mr yash sharma ive been under his guidance for 2 months and the results have been tremendous Must recommend to everyone

Before joining the gym, keep in mind that you'll need to adjust the bench and other equipment for chest workouts like the decline press, as there is a lack of proper machines for back exercises. Despite giving feedback multiple times, there has been no response. However, the gym timings are convenient, as it opens very early, which is a plus. The staff is friendly too, but that doesn't compensate for the lack of essential gym equipment.

The best gym in gaur city I've been to plenty of gyms but this one is the best with good machinery and the best of the trainers . Specially Yash sir I've been training under him for 3 months n the results have been tremendous . Must visit for everyone

It has been 2 years now with Fit tracker and over all experience is quite good , trainers are well experienced and gym is also located at very posh area. The trainers background and experience instilled confidence in the training.Vijay Yadav is very knowledgeable and made the training session most enjoyable. He always comes up with jolly nature and support behaviour his energy level is 10/10 do take sessions from him for your transformation journey.

I've had an amazing experience at this gym! The environment is clean, well-maintained, and motivating. Nice gym with a great location and affordability with excellent and well maintained equipments and cleanliness. This gym has amazing membership plans for individuals as well as group subscriptions too. All the trainers and other staff members are experienced and very helpful. If you're looking for a Personal Trainer, "Yug Sharma" is very efficient, I would highly recommend him.

I have been attending this gym for a month, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The trainers here do not pay attention to members, even after I have requested guidance multiple times. It seems they only focus on those taking personal training sessions and completely ignore others. What makes it worse is the behavior of the cleaning staff. They are very inappropriate, constantly staring at female members, which makes the environment feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. I have personally experienced their lewd looks, and it was disturbing enough to make me feel angry and unsafe. Overall, this gym lacks professionalism and proper attention towards its members. I will not be continuing here and would strongly advise other women to stay away.
