I recently joined this gym and the condition is going from bad to worse. Most of the equipment is either not working or poorly maintained. For example, the machine in the attached photo has been broken for over a month, and despite repeated issues being raised, there has been no response or action taken.
No one seems to take responsibility, and the management is unresponsive. For the fees being charged, members expect at least proper maintenance and working equipment, but unfortunately, that's not the case here.
Would not recommend until they seriously improve their maintenance and management.

Nice gym with fantastic open area for cross fit. One big draw back is washroom for ladies. Not well maintained. Fronk desk help is also at times not co-operative. Good floor trainers. Current trainer Himanshu is specially fantastic with in depth knowledge.

Perfect place if you are looking for a luxurious gym and trustworthy trainers. My trainer Kunaal is doing a wonderful job. He suggest workout that supports your body. Understands your physical limitations and push you whenever you need. Love environment of the gym and great hygiene. And group classes (Zumba, Bollywood dance, Yoga, mobility) are very interesting too.

It's been a month and it feels good to be here. Everyone is cooperative. My trainer Twinkle Sir is also very helpful. He has good knowledge and is very patient when it comes to making people learn. Being a beginner it takes a lot of courage to start off but here it felt a little easier. Would highly recommend it.

really disappointed with the coffee situation at this gym. They only stock a tiny amount of coffee beans, which runs out by the end of the day, and then it takes days often 4 to 5 days for them to restock. no improvement after countless follow-ups. It's frustrating when something as simple as ensuring there's enough coffee for members can't be managed properly. It really detracts from the overall experience.
