I've been working out at this gym for the past two years and have come to know most of the trainers. However, their head trainer, Haider Ali, truly stands out. Not only is he highly skilled in gym and fitness trainings, but he also has an exceptional ability to treat chiropractic issues. There's something almost magical about his hands--he managed to relieve my long-standing neck and back pain within minutes. Much deserving high skilled and recommended trainer in this gym.

This is one of the best gym i have ever been to only in terms of equipments and amenities and has a large space. In terms of cleanliness also its very good. Only problem is with the trainers there. They are completely useless since they wont interact or even make any eye contacts. They should be a little more vigilant and proactively approach people to correct their forms since thats their job. Some fellow gym goers even do that but the trainers would never. Ofcourse I dont expect a first class service from trainers since its not a personal training and also some of the trainers are indeed very helpful like haider, and kajol and some others as well. I think this needs to be corrected here. Apart from this the gym is a must go. Giving a 3 star rating.

mchlii baaj'aar- **Disappointing Experience - Be Cautious Before Joining**
I had a very unsatisfactory experience at this gym. The environment is often extremely noisy, which makes it hard to focus on workouts. There's a lack of discipline--many people, including some trainers, are engaged in loud conversations instead of maintaining a professional workout space.
The trainers here seemed more focused on promoting paid personal training sessions rather than supporting members during regular workouts. I personally felt discouraged rather than motivated.
Facilities also need serious improvement--there's no proper car parking, and the washrooms are in poor hygienic condition.
I joined under the impression that this is part of Cult Fit. I've already requested a refund from Cult Fit for this reason.
After I shared my honest feedback, I was told I'm being banned from the gym, which is very disappointing. Honest reviews should be respected.
I'm sharing this to help others make an informed decision.

This gym is an absolute disgrace, a festering dump that's falling apart at the seams! The equipment is a rusty, creaky nightmare--half the machines are either broken or so filthy or never been cleaned. The place reeks of neglect, with water leak issue , flickering lights.
And don't get me started on the so-called "manager," Mohammed Ali--what a completely useless, arrogant joke of a leader! He's rude, dismissive, and couldn't care less about anyone's complaints. The customer service? Non-existent! Staff act like you're a burden for even asking a question, and good luck getting a response to any issue-- they just shrug and walk away.
The Wi-Fi is a cruel myth. This place is a money pit, designed to scam you out of your hard-earned cash while offering nothing but frustration and disappointment.
Save yourself the rage and misery--run, don't walk, to any other gym with a shred of reputation and self-respect. This hellhole doesn't deserve a single penny of your money
