Fit & Fab Gym is a fantastic gym! The equipment is top-notch and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate how clean and well-maintained everything is. It's a great environment to work in. I can honestly say it's the best gym I've ever been to. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, and the atmosphere is motivating and encouraging. Fit and fab gym is a wonderful gym, The trainers including Mr. Chand sir and Mr. Hassan sir are amazing trainers, each bringing their unique expertise and motivational skills to help members achieve their fitness goals. The Cardio/ Zumba classes led by Mr Chand sir are a highlight, offering a fun, energetic environment that makes working out an absolute joy. Management skills are great, fostering a community where everyone feels welcomed and supported. Mr Arfeen sir role as the owner and fitness instructor is pivotal. His passion for fitness is infectious, and his guidance is invaluable, making him a true fitness mentor. Fit and fab gym is very good atmosphere and very nice gym. trainer chand sir is well trained.and his behaviour is very good with client.

The so-called trainer told me I can use the treadmill for only 5 minutes. When I asked why, they said it's because of the electricity bill. Seriously? If that's the concern, they might as well remove the treadmill altogether.
