Personally speaking, Trainer - Aryan Verma (PT) has been guiding me for some time now and I have observed results following his guidance and diet plans.

Best Equipments and Atmosphere and Trainers are super helpful.Although gym is ok, however there is very much scope of improvement here. Trainers are really helpful and the management is super supportive. Very safe place to workout for women, even if you working out till late in the night. Highly recommend it to all the fitness freaks out there

Pathetic experience. There machines are outdated and yet they called them international machines..no hygiene, everything is unorganised, the seats leather are torn and while joining I clearly mentioned that i had slip disc history so if in case i face any health issue i will pause or shift my membership to any other person and they were clearly okay with it.. after 15-20 days i went on medication and bed rest again and asked them to shift my membership to one of my known.. they agreed but asked for a amount of 1500/- to transfer it..the reception person was very rude when i asked her that this was not discussed.. but somehow i thought why to waste the membership so let's pay the rest amount.. when my cousin called them and asked to transfer it.. they said.. no.. no the amount is 2000/- .. so he thought to visit and do it there.. imagine what happened next? They suddenly increased the amount and asked for 2500/- just to transfer the membership (jiska mai starting mein hi discuss kr chuki thi) ... OMG! What a pathetic environment they had... chalo we thought let's not argue much and go for it! Ab inko membership transfer karne ke liye meri medical certificate, doctor's sign.. an application, Aadhar card ye sab ek list me chahye! Like seriously?? Nobody has asked for this much of documentation even while switching there school... BIG NOOOO for this place..

A gym with all equipments well maintained, well cleaned and the trainers here are too good in behavior and know all the workouts and also know how to treat the customers well . Aryan Verma, Personal Trainer here is the go to person for your fitness journey.

One of the best gym in bareilly with affordable range and best trainers in the city... I myself has taken a pt (Vipin sharma)and the results are visible within a month
