He not only guides you to perform strength training but also makes sure that you do it right covering pre workout and post workout exercises, he also makes sure in a overall development of body by emphasising on clean & protein rich diet as per the preferences of client and also guiding in explosive exercises to keep the physical ability of clients to 100%. The most unprofessional experience. I came to Bareilly from Pune after being a consistent Gym goer for 3-4 years now. This is the first time I got asked to pay 500/- just for a trial. On saying the trial should be free, the receptionist told me that it would be adjusted in the package I take. I was like what's the point of a trial then, lemme decide whether I wanna take the package or not and that I would decide after the trial only. She refused straight away. No cooperation no politeness nothing. I would not recommend coming here at all. Better join Anytime or something like that.

The best gym u can get in Bareilly! Equipped with the best machines and the best trainers supported by activity classes on regular basis like yoga ..zumba..core sessions..hiit sessions. What makes it different from the other gyms is the ambience they provide, cleanliness and the client dealing. U will definitely feel the difference when u see the efforts they put in minor details like, 1. Motivational quotes written for the clients just when we enter the reception area which gives energy for a lot of people especially during the start of the day..!! 2. Good drinking water facility and water bottles which are filled as and when its over 3. Strict cleaning of equipments and floors 4. Posting fitness facts regularly on their page to bust the myths related to fitness 5. Good supporting staff who does their work sincerely. Because efforts are contagious, the effort put by these people will boost our motivation to become regular in the gym

I love how this gym is sooo much different from other gyms in regards to its equipments and workout pattern. Great workout for a good value. Love the staff, environment, and energy. Excellent location and very inviting. First place I want to go to after work!

I recently joined here. So far my experience is very nice. The staff and the coach are very cooperative, interactive and amazing. Especially female fitness coach i.e. Miss Saumya Shukla she is a very good and understanding coach and makes the workout interesting . One should join this gym if you will to loose those extra fats and stay fit
