Fit and Fab Unisex Gym

I've been going to this gym for a few months now, and the experience has been fantastic. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, the space is always clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. There's a great variety of machines and free weights, plus classes that cater to all fitness levels. I especially appreciate the welcoming atmosphere--perfect for beginners and regulars alike. Highly recommended!

I've been a member of Fit n Fab for the past 1 month, and I can confidently say it's one of the best decisions I've made for my fitness. The equipment is top-notch and always well-maintained. The trainers are not only knowledgeable but also very approachable and motivating--they tailor workouts to individual needs. Highly recommended

I was working out in this gym since it's opening that was about 3yrs ago, initially it was way better than nowadays. Staff of the gym has created a very negative atmosphere around the gym, there are bunch of stuff that needs to be addressed & fixed. Machines & amenities have become old & dusty, they are not getting proper servicing and fixing. ACs in the gym don't work, do not pay attention to cleanliness. The staff have started to create nuisance around the gym, they don't allow men to wear gym wears even a cut sleeve tshirt, tanks, or a normal sando banyan. They keep a dirty eye on every other girl working out in the gym including the trainer who goes by Azeem. Doesn't pay attention to male clients & only roam around girls so he can get into their pants. He's a total menace! They have literally spread a filth all around and i will escalate this matter above, im gonna post about them on all my social media handles & ask my fellow mates to forward it as well.

Hi There, I would like to tell uh that Fit and Fab is most amazing gym in Bareilly right now. The trainer Arfeen, Azeem and Ataul all are professionals. I have taken PT from Azeem bhai. And what so ever he has done with my fitness is an absolute achivement in itself. I have lost 11 kg's in 3 month and Azeem is a great guy and very wise in nature. I would rate 4.9/5 Thanks

Decent place, Staff is remarkable. Gym amenities could have been better. But not a bad experience overall.
