They often argue over schedule and who should assist which member, creating a chaotic environment that disrupts workouts. 2) Trainer Ignorance & Disinterest Despite being "3 good trainers" per marketing, many seem disinterested and lack proper guidance. Trainers often ignore members unless directly asked, showing minimal knowledge--similar to widespread complaints in Indian gyms where trainers "focus solely on ego lifting and fake motivation" 3) Machine Restrictions by Trainers A major frustration is that trainers arbitrarily restrict access to certain machines without explanation. Even when equipment is available, they redirect or forbid usage, slowing progress and causing confusion: "don't take full range," "not for you today," etc. This micromanagement prevented me from completing full workouts multiple times. 4) Final Verdict Baba Gym has potential--well-maintained equipment and decent location near Koharapeer --but its trainer ecosystem is a mess. Chaos among staff, restrictive machine usage, and overall disinterest make workouts frustrating. Unless you're assertive or self-trained, you'll find your fitness journey hampered here."
