Starting at Health Gain Studio [HGS] Due to WFH my body was inactive, stiff and no mobility due to which I was getting out of shape and started gaining weight. However, the welcoming atmosphere of HG studio, dedicated staff, personalized guidance from Trainer Sachin Kashyap Sir and Hemlesh Jadhav Sir made all the difference. I've seen a complete overhaul in my fitness, health, body composition, and now I feel more confident and energized than ever before. I'm absolutely blown away by the transformation I've undergone since joining HG Studio. I came in hoping to get back in shape, make a serious change in my lifestyle, and the results have far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I started, I felt supported and motivated. One of the most affordable personal training fitness studio in Virar, complete with modern equipment's and well trained cooperative instructors. All of the trainers are exceptional, and I get my training from Mr. Tushar who delivers a well planed workout regimen and frequently updates the training program based on current physical condition. Mr. Helmesh (Hemu) owner of the gym personally monitors the each client progresses and give feedback. Also he provides a suitable diet plan as soon you begin training and his diet plan does the half of the magic in achieving your fitness goals. Every Saturday they design another activity such as CrossFit ,Zumba, Yoga and outdoor trekking activities that offers a change from your usual workout routine. Excellent spot for novices and those who willing to change their lifestyle.

Best gym in Virar all coach in this gym are well certified they have many years experience I would like to share my experience Two years ago I has gone through back injury L4 and L5 was almost injured that tym I couldn't walk properly then I visit this gym Here the head coach was so polite and understand my problem and then he guided me and then i started diet and the results are in front of your eyes
