I have joined this gym just 2 months ago and I would say this could be the best gym in virar. They have stocked almost all the latest equipments. The trainers named Sai & Prakash are very supportive and knowledgeable. They will assist you with proper guidance to reach your goals. Apart from that, the owner of the Gym Mr Jay is also very kind & supportive with good knowledge. I would highly recommend to join this gym if you are looking for a good physique and well maintained body.

One of the best gymnasiums in Virar. Well equipped and convenient location too for my daughter who patronizes this gym . Very cordial relationship with members which encourages them to not to miss a days work out. The friendly manner in which they train the members increases confidence level leading to better results. Mr. Jay who is the owner of this place, has lots of expertise in this field in terms of body anatomy, various workouts, strength training,diet etc . Mr. Yash, one of the trainers is very good in his approach towards each member's workout needs. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is either looking for a healthy life or pursuing other workout activities. Keep up the good work.
