I'm an existing client and I'm really disappointed with my experience at Exer Coach Gym. The atmosphere feels like a crowded chaos rather than a motivating fitness environment. The equipment is often broken. I've had to wait for machines to be fixed or use alternatives that aren't suitable for my workout. To make matters worse, the air conditioning doesn't work properly, making it unbearable to work out. I've had to deal with sweltering heat, which is unacceptable for a gym. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone looking for a workout experience. Honestly, this gym doesn't even deserve a negative rating, it's that bad."

I had appointed a personal trainer at Worst Gym, but he resigned after just 3 sessions. I had taken a 4-month subscription, and due to personal and health issues, I was barely able to attend for 1 month. I had asked them to freeze the membership, and they said yes at that time -- but now they're saying they don't have any freeze system. Such a scam.

Very Poor Ventilation, AC is not working since past few months, Owner is not bothered to repair it, most are leaving the Gym for this reason, Gym being closer is the only reason to stay for this long, will be switching to new Gym if it's not resolved in a week. Not recommended.

I joined this gym hoping for a professional and motivating workout environment, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. The overall environment feels neglected, and despite multiple attempts to address these issues with management, nothing has improved. I expected a much higher standard of service and care, and until significant changes are made, I cannot recommend this gym.
