Gym has upgraded with really good equipments..... trainer's are available to help you with your workout....it's a little bit crowded in the evening... packages are really good...for now offer is going on for students....steam room is also available....

I've been working out here for a while now, and I can confidently say this is one of the best gyms in the area. The equipment is all new, well-maintained, and there's everything you need, whether you're into strength training, functional workouts, or cardio workouts. The hygiene levels are top-notch. Cleanliness is consistently maintained, and it really shows. The environment feels fresh, safe, and welcoming every time you walk in. Another big plus: the gym stays open till 11 PM and is also open on Sundays, something no other gym in Virar currently offers. This makes it incredibly convenient for working professionals with tight or unpredictable schedules. They also have a sauna facility, which is a great bonus for post-workout recovery and relaxation. What truly sets this place apart are the coaches and trainers. Since I hit the gym in the evenings, my coaches have been SIDDHU SIR and SANJEEV SIR. They're highly experienced, formally educated in health science, aesthetics, fitness, diet, and nutrition. They're knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in your progress. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, they pay close attention to your form, push you when needed, and create a highly motivating environment. That kind of guidance and energy is rare to find. The overall atmosphere is inclusive, and the other members are equally supportive. There's a strong sense of camaraderie, which really keeps you motivated and looking forward to every session. Highly recommend it if you're serious about your fitness journey. The coaches here make all the difference!

If I would like to say about D Fitness Gym! So I likely said that D Fitness Gym trainers whose in Evening shift,they are very humble and polite humans are they treated thier peoples who wanted to grown up their bodies or we can say build muscles,.... Actually I will say very heartily that they guide us and teach us about diets also and helped us in Machinery workout. So,just joined us D fitness gym and make ur body Rockkk
