I regret joining this gym. The air conditioning hasn't worked in weeks, making it unbearably hot inside. Despite multiple complaints, the owner ignores any feedback and doesn't take action. It's nearly impossible to get a decent workout in such conditions. I highly recommend finding a gym that actually takes care of its facilities and members.

Lack of space and none of the machines are not maintained in a good condition even the Smith machine is broken....and its not yet fixed ...i don't know when they will repair it.....i took early subscription and now i am helpless....my request to the management is to fix all the machines and upgrade them ....Other gyms are offering much more at same price....very dissatisfied

Trainers are always busy with just some specific people (head trainer remain busy with one woman don't know who is she may be she is a celebrity :D ) or they will sit here and there and remain busy with mobile phones. Machines are not smooth. No pull down machine.

A bit congested but it's okay. It's only crowded in evening, rest of the day it's good. A well equipped gym, but I would have loved it was more spacious. Crowd is good, owner and trainers are polite. The best gym in Kalapahar area, just the music is bad at times, rest everything good.

Trainers leave bcaz of poor salaries
And they don't even refund an annual subscription as the trainers leave.
No notice period for the trainers exit
They just take the money
And no response there after
No AC in the gym functions
No rest room facilities
No customer service
I asked for a refund and the owner told me I'm from over here and u are not.
He just talks in a threatening manner
