When I first joined the gym I was told by 2-3 people that Ezazul Sir is the oldest and the best trainer here in Fit 7 Guwahati so without having a second thought I had him as my trainer and my expectations were very high and he totally met them. It is one of my best decisions to have him as my trainer because I can clearly see the results as I lost 18 kgs in 5 months. I was 73 kgs when I joined the gym and 55 kgs now.... He always kept motivating me.... Calling me to come to come to the gym checking in my food intakes by asking for my meal pictures and always so energetic in the gym.... Half of the credit of my transformation goes to him and I will forever be greatful for such an amazing weight loss and muscle building journey with him.

This is one of the gyms in Guwahati which I had the opportunity to work out in and is quite affordable. I had the opportunity to work with Trainer Jeetu Sonar who helped me lose 12kgs in 12 months. He is very well skilled and will train you with your fitness goals only. Further he is also very kind and supportive in giving training. The gym has all necessary equipments and also area for yoga and free hand training. Addition to that you also have access to Sauna Room and shower room at no extra cost. The food menu is good and affordable.

The gym is very unhygienic and does not maintain proper cleanliness standards. The lift is usually not functional during morning hours, which creates inconvenience for members. The air conditioning also doesn't work, which is a big issue considering the high temperature in Guwahati. Moreover, there is no proper involvement of the floor trainer, leaving members without guidance or support. Overall, the management needs to seriously improve both the facilities and staff engagement.

Hi, I have been in the gym and it has made me more active in life and got my routine back . Became an early riser , because the environment in the gym is super positive and all the trainers are nice and welcoming . Every one gives a 100 percent . More so the crowd in the gym is good . Bonus there is a mini cafe to order food , where you get amazing low calorie diet food that's delicious . Also if you're taking Kwsrang as your trainer his training sessions are usually strong and very very fruitful. You're provided a diet chart too. 100person people friendly environment, so go for it . Worth your penny !!

One of the best Gyms in Guwahati. Great facilities, Good machines, excellent trainers, nice open space for free hand and body weight workout - I have been able to stay fit and committed due to Fit 7. Thank you !

The Goods : - Got decent machines, more than most gyms for some serious heavy lifting. The weight stacks on functional trainers exceed that of most gyms in the city. Open till 12 AM midnight, which is great. The Bads : - Dumbbells and weight stacks lack stickers, so it could get a while searching for the right weights. Moreover, the dumbbell rack lacks stickers so you have people placing them all over the place instead. - Flooring could get upgraded for neatness. - Treadmills need a serious upgrade. Overall a great place for people who know their way around a gym, but in need of some patching up and upgrade.

I am a member of Fit7 since last 2 years, I really liked coming here and got very good result too. If you are also a gym lover then you should also come here once. Now I am talking about the trainers here who are very dedicated and motivational towards the members. Now let me tell you about my trainer EZAZUL HAQUE who is the first trainer of Fit7 to achieve a lot of success in the world of bodybilling. I have got very good results by training with them. If you also want to do bodybuilding or want to keep your health fit, then you too can do it quite easily by training with them. If you also become a member of Fit 7, then definitely try training with them once and you will get very good results.

The best gym in Guwahati, equipped with all the latest equipments and it is very spacious, also the Jerai equipments are very nice! There are helpers and floor trainers to help with the weights!
