Worst gym experience I've had. The trainers are extremely unprofessional. They force you to take personal training (PT), and if you refuse, they make it difficult for you to work out properly by intentionally keeping machines occupied with their clients just to block your access.
The lady trainers seriously lack proper knowledge and experience. Their poor guidance can actually harm your body instead of helping. This place feels more like a money-making trap than a place to build fitness.
Definitely not recommended if you're looking for a positive, supportive gym environment.
