The owner Mr. Paras Sir is a very kind and gentle person and treats members of the gym like family and also devises a diet chart for clients at a nominal price and Focuses on natural diet rather than supplementation. There are so many equipments(Cardio, CrossFit, Weight Lifting which I have not seen in any other gym in Guwahati and for a very cheap price for the amenities offered which are also in top-notch condition. The trainer Mr. Manoj Sir is kind and helpful in his training regimen. Overall, Unit 6 is the best Gym of Guwahati
