I just recently started going to this gym but it has been a good experience till now. I have not availed a trainer but when I see others, they do seem to be very understanding and helpful. The list of equipment is fairly exhaustive and most of them are in great condition. The gym is spacious too. I find the plan pricing quite affordable. I would say it is the best gym in this area as of this date.

I joined the gym 1 year ago the staff member or trainer were very friendly and ready to help but due to medical issue I couldn't continue still they were so supportive that they offered me to join the gym after my recovery.. so if anyone from lokhra is interested they can join the gym you will not regret best gym near lokhra

A very good environment to workout.
Weight Training, Cardio and Yoga, all the three types of training can be done simultaneously.
The Trainers and the staff out here are very friendly and welcoming. Moreover the Yoga trainer is pretty and cheerful who helps out with various Yoga asanas and Stretching exercises.
Good ambience with a good music system to pump up the energy
