The Workout Zone Guwahati

It has been 2 months since I joined TWZ and my sugar has been under control since, also my back pain n knee pain have gotten better since i joined. My mind has also been at peace since I started yoga. I highly recommend this place.

As a beginner my yoga classes at the Workout Zone with kakali konwar are just truly wonderful. It's been two weeks and I feel like I am finally learning what yoga really is. The studio surely have some positive vibes that nurture the body as well as the mind. I had my few classes with Kakali Konwar last week. She is an excellent yoga teacher who takes time to make sure you get the best out of the session. Her classes are energising and fun. She brings a deep focus on technique which has really helped me to develop my practice. I learn something new every time. I also really liked the meditation at the end, it leaves me feeling very relaxed. A huge thanks to her for teaching me with patience. However tired I feel at the beginning I always leave feeling so much better, energised and focused . It has really helped me to develop my flexibility. I enjoyed the sessions that I had attended till now. Great place for yoga and individualized attention. I am very grateful. Thank you.

As a proud member of this fitness club, I can vouch its the best decision I took for my health and soul. Jiyaan's technique, that combines stretching & strength training is ingenious and revolutionary. The closing sessions with breathing and meditation has worked wonders for my mental health as well. I highly recommend this place.

What is the fees structure here ...please let me know ..I want to join yoga

Joined TWZ few months ago. Very well maintained and professional studio. Trainers are good and very knowledgeable. Through Yoga, I am improving my flexibility and have lost unwanted weight as well. Thanks TWZ for guiding in the right direction!

Lovely place. Personalised attention is given. I have been doing a combination of Stretching Strengthening and Yoga and I am happy to say that I am enjoying my work outs. Feel sad when I have to miss a session. Am much more flexible and fitter now since I started this program.

I have completed 6 months in this wonderful studio...I have been doing yoga only...the coaches here are knowledgeable and guides us well. Feels rejuvenated after each session...Look forward for the next session eagerly...Feel fitter after joining yoga..Thanks to Workout Zone
