SSK Gym

I love loved this gym.Unfortunately I don't live in Guwahati anymore and the only thing I miss about Guwahati is this gymWhen you join a different gym you realise the importance of this gym.It is hygienic,trainers actually cared to correct form,and I saw a significant change in my body but most importantly I wanted to go to gym because of the atmosphere.

This gym keeps me going and coming back. I love the variety of machines and free weights. Also, I love that everyone is courteous and works together to keep the gym flowing. The music that is played over the speakers is awesome. I can focus completely on my routine. The staff is by far the nicest group of people. They always have a happy demeanor and are willing to help you.

Good gym. Little overcrowd issue, but if you train at office hours you are blessed

Good a lot of equipments are available but too many people and have to wait a bit to start any machine

Just joined it today nice trainers, well kept cardio machines , even has a stair master , and the nice ambience of the gym makes the experience even better. And the prices are very affordable specially for teenagers 1500

Worst gym experience. The staff over there does not respond. The workers and trainers keep on watching television movies with full volume disturbing everyone. Even they play music according to themselves or whenever they feel. No response from trainers, and also from 9:30 AM to 4 PM no trainers are available. Zero Guidance. A client can't even expect help unless he or she has taken a personal trainer. Also the workers have a very bad attitude towards clients. Boycott Ssk Gym.

Well equipped. Spacious. Clean. The best part is you can always find equipment to work on even during peak hours. Can't say much about the personal training or their know how and expertise regarding training. They keep to themselves. I personally do my own thing so that hasn't been an issue. But could be a problem for a total novice. All in all, one of the better gyms in the area. If you are totally new to training or require a more hands on approach with the coaching without the paying for the personal training,maybe you could look for other options. Choose one which suits your needs.

Well equipped gym. Good trainers. Best thing is that they serve ionized water for their clients. Ionized water is highly anti-oxidant,alkalize water.Clients can carry water for free.Experience the water and fill the difference.Only gym in Assam serves healthiest water.They imported this water machine directly from Japan. It's a medical device.
