If u want to stay motivated, u need to join this gym. No doubt the infrastructure is not very fancy as they charge a bare minimum of Rs. 500 monthly as this a common man gym but I m sure the kind of training u get there u won't even get in Gold's Gym. Best part is the trainer, Mr. Rahul Sharma who is a International powerlifter, National Gold medalist and a certified trainer from USA. He motivates u, alwz guides in the right way; u just need to relax and follow his instruction; while any problem just ask him, he has solution for almost all problems. The next guide is the gym owner Mr. Rinku, he too provides valuable advice and motivates u a lot. This is one of the best thing happened in my life. In a mere strength training of 5 months, I already gained a Gold Medal. I wish this Gym keeps on growing everyday.

I have been to many gyms in the town, but this one is the best in terms of everything.. cheaper price, best friendly environment, good trainers.. And the best person obviously RINKU da ..

Itt's not located on the main road, so we have to walk a bit to reach the place. It's a wonderful gym with all the necessary equipments. The fees is very affordable. Gyms tend to overcharge people, but not this one. Everyone is friendly here.

Nice gym with raw feel and adequate equipments to start both as a fresher and experienced.

Great atmosphere to say the least, good for people who are starting off and are at intermediate level. But some disadvantages are like closed during afternoon hours, condition of machines not the best and lack of full time trainer.

Very nice gym with complimentary trainer and just at 600 per month, suggestion to go at morning shift if possible
