This gym has been a game-changer for me! A special thanks to my trainer Dipanker Das who guided me through every minor detail of each set to make sure my form was always correct. He also helped me with a proper diet plan, and with his guidance I was able to achieve my fitness goals in a very short time of just less than 50 days. The gym atmosphere is clean, motivating, and supportive. Highly recommended for anyone who truly wants results!"

They have well equipped fitness machines. A healthy environment is much needed in today's society where everyone is thriving to get better be it physically or mentally. all gym employees are friendly, coaches and trainers are very professional and they maintain a cordial relationship with all clients of the gym. Overall the environment at this fitness centre is very good.

Rating this place 1 just cause of the following reason: Hope this helps the management improve. 1) Even in this heights of summer barring a very few persons no one uses a towel. Machines and seats will be left covered in sweat and no one seems to care. A total disgust. There is no cleaner cleaning after a work out. 2) Machines are cranky cause of no maintenance/ over crowded. Machines are never thoroughly cleaned for sure. 3) The changing area stinks like a washroom and this has not been fixed in last 6 months. But the worst and main point out here is definitely hygiene and there is none in here. Imagine you are using a machine which is already covered on sweat ....god knows what disease you are going to get ...and if you are not vaccinated for sure you are going to get something or the other. So anyone new coming to the gym stand there and observe these for 5 mins and you will realize.
