DIKSHA'S fitness

I'm incredibly happy with Diksha fitness & the program so far. I have struggled for years to meet my fitness goals & finally feel like I'm on the the right track. I've tried various workout in the past with workout classes. Nothing ever got me where I wanted to go. I have been working with Diksha & finally I got back on my shape. Thank you Diksha & team.

I have never been a person who will wake up everyday early to workout but this mindset has changed when I joined Diksha's Fitness Studio. This is that one hour of my day where I actually feel myself energetic the whole time. She is such an energetic and enthusiastic coach that workout never seems boring. She has been a wonderful source of motivation for me. Highly recommended

Diksha's fitness center is located in the prime area of chatribari Guwahati. It is situated on the ground floor of a residential complex. The studio is apt for yoga, zumba and non weighted functional training classes. The founder Diksha is a highly energetic trainer who is doing great work in accordance with her experience and clientele. For yoga training this place is apt for people who are looking to adopt a healthy lifestyle, shed extra weight and be fit in general. But I faced a few issues while in a few days of my training there like - lack of one to one approach with members about posture correction, lack of space if entire batch is present making it difficult for movement, during my first day I had requested Diksha to incorporate vinyasa flow to the practice which was not entertained despite her assurance to include it. This can be a tremendously successful studio as very few places in Guwahati offer such a program but with the kind of fees charged it's highly advisable to increase the benchmark of services provided to the clients. Your training sessions is a Game Changer. Challenging my body and pushing the edges of my ability in each session continues to be a powerful experience and a tool that I can transfer into other areas of my life. I have found Diksha's support to be individual, thorough and attentive. Yoga training with her continues to be a worthwhile investment for my body, mind and spirit Doing Yoga with my Husband is actually a fun activity to carry everyday. Now I am becoming more positive about myself.

I have recently joined Diksha's fitness studio, and I must say, what amazing energy it feels like whenever I enter the room. She is excellent in everything, whether it's aerobics, zumba, yoga, dance, etc. Honestly, I am not a morning person, but after joining her daily classes, I love waking up early, and it feels so refreshing. Diksha di's(owner)vibes are truly amazing - her positivity makes every workout session into pure joy.She is not just an excellent instructor; she's also incredibly friendly.
