Well, it can be a good choice for those who are already gym goers. But for those who are new and planning to come here, I would say you may find little difficulties here. If you are planning for having a PT(personal trainer) then you won't be having any problem. But those who are new and just taking basic plan may face some difficulties. And the gym is full hygenic. Overall it can be a good choice for you. Opinions may differ from people to people.

Its quite a nice gym. Good instructor, good/kind staff members. Gym has Airconditioning. Everything is great, but I feel it could be improved by adding more varieties of machines. Dont get me wrong, it has very good machines. But it would be perfect, 5 out of 5 if it had each and every kind of machine, like that machine for chest pump, which is used to train chest and reduce chest fat. I highly recommend my friends to use this gym, its one of the best public gym in guwahati. Thumbs up

Great gym. Very clean and client friendly. All the trainers on the floor are helpful and knowledgeable. They guide the clients at all stages right from scheduling to diet. Special thanks to my trainer BAPPI for constantly being with me and teaching me the right way to do things. Thanks BS for making working out fun

A very clean gym with a proper-gym ambience. Clean bathroom, big plus point, and the trainer is the biggest asset of the gym. He is the most kind and motivating trainer. Trust me , this gym is better than any other Gold's Gym or whatnot gym. Edit:- the trainer sucks. Calls out for doing hip thrusts, saying it'll damage my ankle. Good luck.

Best gym in Zoo Road by far. Totally hygienic and all the trainers are certified and are helpful, specially Bhaskar. The gym is well maintained and the equipments are calibrated that helps to boost up the performance in correct posture. I would strongly recommend BS FITNESS if you are a gym enthusiasts.

I joined this gym back in 2020 and have been working out here since then. It is well equipped and the ambience is very good. It has good hygiene. My overall experience in this gym is awesome.

Best gym and Excellent Workout Space

It is indeed one of the best gyms available in Assam. And their trainers are the best, they help you out with everything and also guide you well. Specially I recommend Bibek Bora who is action certified, Nesta nutrition specialist, NESTA physique fitness transformation specialist and certified CPR & AED. He helped me a lot during my workout with proper guidance and recommend good supplements & also helped me with my diet plan.
