i would like to recommend this gym because I had totally lost my inner confidence and happiness. Thanks for making this possible and mostly persistence through the process which have helped me to bring back my confidence again with a very short time. Trainers are very supportive and helpful, and other stuffs as well. Well management with a proper environment. Just cant thanks enough to push me and puting me in a right track for being consistent from a lazy person. This is just beginning more to achieve! Equipment This gym stands out with its unique, high-grade equipment. Everything is well-maintained and routinely cleaned, reflecting a clear commitment to hygiene and functionality. Ambience & Cleanliness Unmatched. Even when benchmarked against gyms in Naktala and Narendrapur, this facility leads the pack. The environment is clean, well-lit, and thoughtfully designed--no contest here. Trainers & Personal Coaching The trainers are technically sound and genuinely invested in member progress. A special shoutout to the female trainer in the morning slot--her approach is results-driven and her technical command is impressive. Pricing Slightly premium--around 5-6% above what I'd consider a fair market rate. That said, having trained in cities like Bengaluru, Pune, Gurgaon etc. I've seen lower pricing for similar setups. Still, the quality of equipment, training, and ambience justifies the marginal uptick. Crowd & Networking While technically part of the ambience, the morning crowd deserves its own mention. It's a diverse mix--engaged, conversational, and occasionally open to professional networking. Not a core function of a gym, but certainly a welcome bonus. Verdict: If you're serious about your fitness goals and appreciate a clean, well-equipped space with skilled trainers and a touch of social engagement, this gym is a solid choice. It delivers more than just reps--it offers a refined experience.

Great Gym & Amazing Personal Trainer. I've had an excellent experience here. The gym is well equipped and always clean. The personal trainer is knowledgeable, professional, and really motivating. I joined Stark Fitness Studio about a month ago and I'm quite satisfied with the overall experience. The gym is clean, well-maintained, and the equipment is in great condition. The air conditioning works well, making workouts comfortable without feeling suffocating. The overall atmosphere is very welcoming and makes it easy to feel comfortable, even as a beginner. As someone completely new to gymming, I really appreciated the support from my personal trainer-she's knowledgeable, patient, and very cooperative. The fee structure is also reasonable for both general gym access and personal training. Highly recommended for anyone looking to start their fitness journey !

I have been going to this gym for a while and my personal experience is great. Space is very clean, environment is very much motivating with all modern equipment. Now coming to my experience with personal trainer it's really satisfying as I could feel the difference of her training process with my previous gym experience. I have noticed improvement in my fitness. Highly recommend.

I have recently joined Stark Fitness Studio and the experience is really good. It's my first time joining any kind of gym and the people in the gym are really friendly especially the trainer who helped me to plan my week and do the exercises with proper form. Would really recommend others to join this gym. Definitely worth it.

However I want to share my own honest experience The gym environment had so much politics that the experience was so complicated and mentally harassment for workout journey Bad experiences here include : 1. Evening my PT & front desk female staff laughed behind my back for being fat, The unsafe equipment was a hazard 2. rude & unprofessional behaviour, huge politics, inattentive staff, which makes members feel unwelcome. I have had all these experiences from this gym. Would not recommend!
