The worst gym of Sonarpur , this gym consists of the most cheap machines .... but from the last 2.5 months those are also missing... members are bored of doing compound exercises ..... but they aren't even concerned about that ....the receptionist doesn't let the members play music .... we all know gym should have a good quality of speakers....they have too but amongst five , three speakers doesn't works . The gyms of local clubs are far better than this one . And for all this reasons i had to leave this gum and most of the members have left too.

TRAINERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY. I LIKE THE LOOK OF THE GYM. YOU HAVE EVERYTHING ONE COULD WANT IN A GYM AS WELL AS A GREAT STAFF, FRIENDLY BEHAVIOUR. GYM IS CLEAN AND WELL KEPT. .

Gym rejuvinates one's soul, sculpts the physique and dominates ones demons. This particular one is a revelation, a couple of quite strong pointers to support that. The owner, luckily is a gym freak, Abir, a happy go lucky guy who understands how fitness meets bodybuilding. This creates a whole world of difference as he deeply understands how the machines work and what has to be updated to keep in better shape. The environment is friendly, meaning people are not going to gawk at your flabs if you fail and would rather pick you up and help you get better. The only negatives you might have is that the cardio section is quite small, but body building stuff are a plenty. A little compromise here and there and you are good to go with flying colors here.

One of the Best Gym in Sonarpur Rajpur area, with excellent equipments and great training. Also membership charge is very reasonable according to the facilities they have.
