This is not an ultra modern gym...but all the facilities are adequately available for body-building, body-shaping and increase fitness. The owner himself is the trainer and a perfect trainer. He always keeps an eye on every member. He is really a good human being...

I must say this has been one of the best decisions I've ever made for my health and well-being. From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed with warmth and encouragement. The trainers are incredibly supportive and patient--they understood my fears and helped me feel comfortable without pushing too hard. They guided me with beginner-friendly workouts and explained everything clearly, which made a big difference for someone like me who had never stepped foot in a gym before. What I appreciate most is that the environment is non-judgmental, respectful, and motivating. I never felt out of place, no matter my age. In just a few weeks, I already feel stronger, more energetic, and more confident. If you're someone who's hesitant or feels like it's too late to start, I can assure you--it's never too late to invest in yourself. Easily the best gym in the locality. Friendliest trainer and person I have ever met.. Would easily recommend this place to either a beginner or intermediate person.. Well equipped, helpful trainer and great atmosphere..Only thing that I would critique is available space... Otherwise no issues .. great experience and budget friendly too..

Best trainer I've ever worked with, genuinely helped transform my physique. Lost 15kgs of fat in 3 months under his guidance. He guided me to my goals in a realistic time and created a super supportive, motivating environment. The gym isn't fancy or high-tech, which is reasonable for a low fee of 500/- per month. That is very cheap for any fitness centre. It's got everything you need to stay fit and build your physique. At the end of the day, your progress depends on your own discipline and he really helps you build that.
