Good gym, the owner trains well , there are male and female trainers as well but they could be better. I was previously a healthifyme customer so the trainers there were really knowledgeable and quite educated. Here i feel that's lacking. It's good not bad but you have to constantly keep on reminding them about issues you have like knee pain, back pain etc. You can join its good. There is a small kitchen as well inside, so you can refill your bottles , boil eggs or do whatever you feel like. They have a 1/3/6/12 months package. And a registration fee of 1000 bucks. 1 month package does not have any plan pause, others have like 3 months has got 7 day pause and so on.... The lift doesn't work still and the staircase doesnt have railing . I went there 3 months back and they said it will work soon amd now i have joined, its the same as it was then so that is going to remain the same i am sure . They have got changing rooms as well with lockers and everything.

Very friendly Gym ...best for office going people as they are open till 10:00 pm. Trainers are very friendly and especially Sonu bhai has been supportive every time. Love it working out here... Good use of time.

O3 is one of the best gym in Durgapur in a very posh locality. The trainers are very friendly and helpful and keeps a check on every member. It is equipped with all the necessary equipments in good condition. The gym is always very clean and well maintained with all the basic facilities like kitchen, washroom, shower room, locker etc. The best part is it's never over crowded. All the members are also really descent and friendly. One can also play music of their choice :)
