Well it's a affordable gym with sufficient equipment and guidance It is divided in two floor Upper one is for cardio Lower one is weight section

It's a nice Gym. Machine are New but all machine are not available and legs Machine, Smith machine also not available but overall you get main machine. Treademills and cross cycling. Fee of gym is around 700-800/month. Have a 2 certified Trainer and #Teamhkfitness.

For this gym, it is neither about the place nor about the equipment (as few are quite old) but it is about the effort of the trainer. The trainer will ensure that you have enough motivation for your exercise and you are doing it properly. It is about ensuring that you are actually getting fit. The training you will get here will be equivalent to having a personal trainer. For girls, the trainer ensure 2 days aerobic session that will help them all to loose weight as well as build stamina.

Very good and well maintained gym. Weight training and cardio on different floor to avoid rush. All machines available. Trained instructor available.
