One of the best trainers for keeping yourself healthy and fit. I have known Tyagi bhaiya for a long time now. It has been more than 15 years almost. I joined there in 2008 and did exercise rigorously for 1-2 years. And still my body feels good, due to the hard work done at that time. No steriods, no unnecessary expenses, only natural healthy diet recommended by Tyagi bhai. Join this gym if your goal is to have a better quality of life.
