So choose wisely nd I will suggest to blue ocean health club because expertise and helpfulness of the gym staff here commendable nd also Friendly and knowledgeable nd 2nd one cleanliness and maintenance of the gym facilities. A clean and well-maintained gym is not only more pleasant to work out in, but it also indicates that the gym takes the well-being of its members seriously . Another one is supportive and inclusive environment can make a feel like a welcoming place to work out and can help you stay motivated on your fitness journey. Finding a good gym is a personal decision, so I encourage you to visit the gym in person, take a tour, and even ask for a trial period to experience the environment.....I love the place nd being here is my favourite time:-) Thank u blue ocean health club to make my journey easy nd intersting....)

Nice subtle simple gym with no extraordinary instruments but the basic equipments are mostly tempered and are also less in quantity which creates a problem in the rush hours. The spa and sauna facility is great here and even there's no restrictions on the n u no. Of time you use it unline ths other gyms in the town that has limited use. Trainers are okay but have a conflicting attitude. Like most of the time even the trainers themselves do not agree with each other on certain instructions. Space is enough. Trainers are quite amiable but they have this cliche of joining elite facilities(citation required) Else everything is just fine and normal.

I Wud suggest this is the best gym to reduce weight and do transformation because of the motivating environment here... Here we not only pull weights but also pull fellow gym members from being unfit to fit region...

Blue Ocean is a great place for any beginner to start their gym journey. It has all the basic equipments and has a conducive atmosphere that encourages people to keep coming back to it. Having Ashutosh in the gym is a boon considering his expertise as well as his friendly nature. Props to the management and looking forward to see Blue Ocean attain new heights!

The palace is awesome Ashutosh is a great guy with great knowledge in the field............ Be it diet or workout....you name it............... He will have your back.... Great experience with the gym, I still visit the place regularly.........
