I recently joined this Gym. Most of the latest equipment are available here. Although interior is good but needs renovation so that more peoples can be attracted. Some Machines/equipments needed to be fixed. You can also do cardio here, the cardio section have almost everything needed. Overall a good gym at decent fees.

The best jym available in the area. NO other jym provides such good guidance. The trainers/mentors are very serious and friendly. Trainers always keep a check and ensure that you are able to get what you want to achieve. You don't need to care about the equipments and cleanliness. Equipments are always functional and faulty ones are fixed within a day. The gym has changing room and shower facility too. If you are searching for a gym then you must try this gym atleast ones. You will not go anywhere else if you ones visit this jym.

I have been training here for more than 2 months. The Gym has two floors, one for Cardio,Stretching and the other one for Strength Training. It is very Spacious and has very friendly staff. Different Varieties of Machine's are Present. The eqipment is also pretty good and is cleaned and sanitised regularly.The Lightning is good but could have been better because it has that Warm coloured lights. Rest Everything is good. Fees is not too expensive and very good according to the me. It is opened from morning till 10PM i guess. One should definitely try it out .

Do not recommend this gym at all. The instructors are not professionals but young boys in their 20s who seem to have just graduated out from this very gym. It was their unprofessional guidance or infact misguidance that I injured my right elbow on the 5th day itself. It has been a month, I have spent thousands on the treatment and my hand is still not fully functional.

Trainers are very helpful and humble. Gym has two sections one is CrossFit and other is bodybuilding. Bodybuilding section has good amount of weight including plates and dumbbells. Max dumbbell is of weight 40kgs. Gym does't have any locker facility but having a small change room. Gym fees is also very reasonable.
