Worst worst worst Management!! This gym was too good earlier but now it's running by an egostic manager who doesn't know anything about gym or customer relationship. I joined it in 2022 when this gym was new and have some amazing staff. Rn it's nothing but a place manages by the toxic and rude manager. They commit something and serve nothing. Horrible exp. Please don't get stuck with them.

Neofitness is one of the best gyms in Lucknow, there is a sense of belonging there, especially when you ask the trainer about any exercise, it feels as if you are asking your friend, I think I want to give full credit for this to Ruby maam, probably all the trainers there are getting to learn a lot from maam, how to talk to people, like a friendly behavior... my opinion in two months

Good vibes!! ... Machines are no doubt very good...comparable to all the top gyms in Lucknow. Very supportive staff and management. Trainer are attentive and helpfull unlike other place where pt is the priority. Machines covers nearly all muscle group.

I am Current member of this gym, gym is good, hygienic and smells good but some machines are missing like smith, back extension, T-bar etc. and my fav. punching bag.
If you ask the trainer he tells you but sometimes the telling technique is wrong, that is to say it should be told with proper technique.

Worst customer service. They are rude and do not treat customer well. Attitude is like...take membership or not we don't give a shit. They have not even maintained their gym...toilet condition is poor and AC are not working and they want Rs. 65k for subscription.
Learn to behave first and train your staff regarding customer service. No wonder gym is empty most of the time.
Ps:- Don't fall for the good reviews, they are forced reviews.

Previously gym was excellent but now-a-days gym is going very poor condition. Their Air condition are not opening by management. Bathroom is not clean. No trainers is available after10:00 am. I am going there approximately 3 years but now I am not satisfied for new management

This is a new workout place in town, a venture of Neo sports. I would recommend this place to all the gym freaks as well as the newbies. I have started taking Personal Training from one of the trainers here, Amit Pandey. He's a really good trainer. Even if you haven't opt out for PT, he would take interest and help you out. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body.
