Great gym for gomti nagar locality , no rush for equipments and the trainer always keeps an eye on everyone to check their fitness and form. Members of the gym are helpful aswell. Overall a great experience at this gym

Honestly speaking, this gym is one of the best in the area. The overall aesthetics are very nice proper lighting, mirrors, and clean setup gives good workout vibes. Hygiene is wellmaintained, they keep everything neat and sanitized regularly.Trainers / owner bhaiya is very knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to guide and correct form. all the equipment is available and in proper working condition, from dumbbells to machines, cardio to functional everything is there whether you are a beginner or advanced you'll feel comfortable here. The prize point that they offer for such a good facility is phenomenal and unmatched in the whole area.Highly recommend if you're serious about fitness.
