Been here for 4+ yrs. If youre looking to join DONT. People in here be it the staff or even clients(some of them) are bs. The co-owner or manager or whatever she is thinks so damn high of herself. Theyll do everything else but not invest in whats important. 5 Ac hain chlte bas 2 hain. Maintainence k naam par mirror lgwa dete hain.Trainers here have zero knowhow of the exercises or even the ethics and morales. One of the trainers is good (Om) but rest of them they absolutely are unprofessional. Also i was given an add on in my yearly package due to some ongoing festival which i was told to avail once the membership expires. When asked upon the same this manager denies to even talk. Jab membership chahiye hoti hai toh 100 call krnge saying plis sir mera target hai iss month ka and stuff. Added a little over 10-12 family members/knowns here which i totally regret. Jab aap join krne jaoge they'll be the sweetest people par bas tbtk jbtk aap paise nhi dete.

First thought of gym in my mind was just by name JR fitness is 24x7 gym but after experiencing training under professional trainer Mr. Pankaj_freek nd owner trainer Mr. Jitin Raj sir I converted my body as well as mind drastically changed (loss 6 kg in a 34 days time interval nd so goingon).

Zumba is good. Rudra sir is very good as a teacher. Friendly environment.

Wonderful experience great trainers for beginners and very effective price i am coming here from last 2 weeks staff is very corporative and tell each and every exercise properly they also have a doctor who use to come for cardio training in evening Over all good environment and good experience
