The gym itself is excellent--clean, well-equipped, and has a good atmosphere. However, the experience is ruined by the unprofessional and unacceptable behavior of the trainers. Specifically, a few trainers (including a husband and wife pair) are actively soliciting cash for training and explicitly telling clients not to inform the gym owner. This is highly unethical. Furthermore, they engage in excessive and inappropriate gossip about clients. This kind of cheap, unprofessional behavior is a serious liability. The gym management needs to immediately address and clean up this toxic element for the sake of its reputation and growth. I would recommend the gym but would warn everyone to avoid the some trainers.
