The gym is quite good, with a well-maintained reception counter and courteous staff. However, the trainers are completely uneducated, arrogant, and egoistic, with only a basic knowledge of exercises. The poor rating is solely due to the unqualified training staff.
Pros:
1) big space
2) big changing/locker room
3) clean bathrooms and urinals
4) ample cardio space and equipments
5) price
Cons:
1) bad smell
2 less number of machines(eg- no seated calf raise machine)
3) unorganised use of space and machines
4) people throw heavy weights here and there on the ground. Many plates are broken due to this. No trainer says anything to these people.
Gym is good. Trainer Mr. Alam has reputation and well known for achieving targets.
Good gym but now they should drop the franchise of Fit7 and take the franchise of Anytime fitness or cultfit.
Worst gym.. no maintenance, no AC aftr reminding again and again.
Good service good staff excellent training everything is great
