I was excited to try the Altitude Fitness gym in my neighborhood. However, after several months of membership, I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the overall experience. The reason is: insufficient staff, instructor's behavior is very bad. Cleanliness should be a top priority in any gym, yet at Altitude Fitness gym, cleanliness is an afterthought. Attending staff members often seem disinterested and unhelpful, further exacerbating the problem. Overall, my experience at Altitude Fitness gym has been very disappointing. Despite my initial enthusiasm, I now fear going to the gym and am considering canceling my membership altogether. But I have paid the money for 01 year which the Gym Management will not return! I cannot in good conscience recommend Altitude Fitness Gym to others seeking a quality fitness facility.

So I visited this gym and joined looking at the infrastructure they provided, seemed a big mistake my own equipments were stolen each day like my skipping rope, stretching band, hand gloves, belt. When I questioned them they started using abusive language and did not even provide me the cctv recordings of the place where my belongings were kept.
Please stay away from this place.
